This is a private one-on-one class/session. By paying for a package, you get one session for FREE.
You will learn different meditation techniques, both active and passive, and find the meditation that best suit your needs. Most of the meditations we are doing will be 60 minutes long, so prepare to arrive 10 minutes before class. Come in comfortable clothing, preferably on an empty stomach. Be ready to be in socks, barefoot, and sit on the floor. Leave your cell phone outside the meditation room. Be ready to transcend!
